how to choose the right mask size
The Closen mask features a one-size-fits-all flexible silicone body covering the lower face. The adjustable neoprene strap with wide velcro easily fits head circumferences from 48 to 62 cm. If you need clarification, please contact us before ordering.
what materials is the mask made of
The main body consists of fully hypoallergenic medical-grade silicone without added latex or plasticizers. The regulation valves are made of solid ABS thermoplastic and the strap is made of perforated neoprene. All materials resist moisture and frequent cleaning.
how to clean and maintain the mask
Remove the ABS valves from the silicone casing with a simple twist. Wash the mask body and valves with lukewarm water and mild soap after each use. Allow the parts to dry naturally away from direct heat sources before returning them to the case.

Fill in your shipping details on our website checkout form without complex registrations. The only available payment methods are cash on delivery to the courier and direct bank transfer. Credit card payments and installments are not supported.
how and when my order is shipped
All orders placed by 16:00 on business days are checked and handed over to the courier service on the same day. You will receive a tracking number to follow your parcel right to your door. Delivery time and cost details are listed on the relevant shipping page.
what is the product return process
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is completely unused and in its original sealed packaging. Due to the hygienic nature of the item, opened or used products can only be returned if a manufacturing defect is identified. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless a shipping error occurred.
