1. The seller

2. The goods

Sports training and exercise equipment, specifically respiratory resistance masks and silicone or neoprene accessories for athletic, non-medical use. Product pages detail contents, quantities, and technical specifications. Photos are illustrative; packaging may vary slightly.

3. Ordering and contract

The order is completed at checkout. We immediately send an email confirmation, while the contract is concluded upon dispatch of the parcel. We reserve the right to refuse fulfillment in case of stock shortage or insufficient details, promptly refunding any amount paid.

4. Prices and payment

Prices in EUR including VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout prior to payment. Payment methods: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we correct the amount before dispatch and offer you the option to confirm or cancel.

5. Delivery

View delivery options, schedules, and costs on the Delivery and Payment page. Responsibility transfers to you upon delivery of the parcel.

6. Product images and colours

We photograph the exact products we ship. On-screen shades depend on display settings, browser, and lighting. A slight color variation is not considered a defect, nor does it qualify for a free return or compensation. Dimensions, materials, and package contents are listed on each mask page.

7. Transfer of risk

We remain responsible for products until they are delivered to the recipient at the specified address. From that point, the risk of damage or loss transfers to you. Note any visible shipping damage with the courier and notify us within 48 hours.

8. Returns and warranty

Product returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt, subject to the terms on the Returns page. Pursuant to the Civil Code and Law 2251/1994, a two-year legal warranty is provided for manufacturing defects in the mask materials, seams, and valves. The warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper use, inadequate cleaning, modifications, or normal wear and tear from regular training.

• Customized sports goods or products manufactured or adapted according to custom consumer specifications.
• Products or parts with a limited lifespan, such as disposable filters that have been unsealed.
• Sports masks whose sealed hygiene packaging has been opened after delivery, as they come into direct contact with the mouth and nose and are not suitable for return for health protection reasons.
• Goods which, after delivery, by their nature are inseparably mixed with other items.
• Digital training programs or educational multimedia content delivered on a physical medium and unsealed by the user.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the company liability for any claim is strictly limited to the total amount paid by the customer for the specific order or to the amount of 100 euros. These terms do not exclude any liability mandated by applicable law.

10. Age and use

You must be over 18 years of age to purchase. Use the equipment strictly according to the instructions for use. The products do not constitute medical advice.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Greek law and European consumer protection legislation. The courts of Athens are designated as competent for resolving any dispute. In the event that an out-of-court settlement cannot be reached, jurisdiction lies with the courts at the company's registered seat, without prejudice to consumer rights under the laws of your place of residence.
