Delivery time is measured in business days from dispatch. For remote areas, allow 1-2 additional days.
- Free shipping on orders over €55 for Greece. For smaller carts, the charge is €3.50.
- Delivery time: 2-5 business days after parcel dispatch.
- Orders placed before 16:00 on business days ship the same day.
- Return within 30 days of receipt. Item must remain unused in its factory packaging.

3. Order processing
Orders placed before 16:00 on weekdays are dispatched immediately. Orders placed later, on weekends, or on public holidays depart on the next business day. Upon completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number.
Each sports mask is initially placed in a factory-sealed, airtight protective bag against dust and moisture, bearing a hygiene authenticity seal. The product is then packed in a reinforced cardboard box with inner bubble wrap lining, preventing any deformation of the flow valves and ergonomic silicone components during transport.
4. Tracking your parcel
Once the order is handed over to the carrier, an automated email and SMS are sent containing the unique tracking number and the tracking link.
5. Lost or delayed parcel
No tracking update for 5 business days? Write to us at [email protected] with your order number. We investigate the shipment with the courier right away. We will send a replacement parcel or issue a full refund, depending on your choice, within 10 business days of your request.
6. Damaged on arrival
In case of visible damage to the parcel upon delivery, the recipient must refuse delivery or request an immediate record of the condition by the courier. Subsequently, photos of the packaging and product must be sent to [email protected] within 48 hours so that an immediate replacement can be arranged at no additional cost.
7. Payment methods
Available payment methods: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. We never ask for e-banking passwords or card details over the phone or by email.
8. Delivery outside Greece
Shipping only to select countries. View shipping costs and delivery times at checkout before paying. Any customs duties are solely the responsibility of the recipient.
